The General Body serves as the supreme authority for amending, changing, and altering the mission and vision of the organization. It convenes annually to approve the yearly expenditure and programs, appoint auditors and consultants, and address matters related to the organization’s policy and strategy. The Governing Body, which meets thrice a year, oversees and approves concurrent programs and budgets. In emergencies, the Secretary can call a Governing Body meeting in consultation with the chairperson.
Chief executive:
The Secretary, in accordance with the organization’s by-laws and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), holds the position of chief executive on behalf of the office bearers. Additionally, the Secretary serves as the team leader for program executives.
Program Executives:
Program Executives are tasked with ensuring the smooth functioning of field programs, timely service delivery, and effective program coordination and management. Their responsibilities include reaching target beneficiaries, engaging in outreach activities, and achieving specific outcomes.
